About WDI FX 9 Small Office Server
The configuration for WDI FX Small Office Server is quite simple. WDI FX Runs on a single host computer and WDI FX files are stored locally on that machine. The files on the host computer can be accessed by up to 3 local or remote users. To upgrade to Network Server simply transfer your WDI FX files to the Server.

About WDI FX 9 Network Server
The Network Server allows access over an office network or remote users and supports up to 999 concurrent connections. The server is where all the company data files are stored permanently. Remote users can access the server via the Internet or synchronize their inspection data using FX Connect with an internet connection.

WDI FX Server is a high-performance server software program that runs as a service on the server and is maximized for reliability, performance, automated backups, and security of your shared databases. Includes real-time database sharing, advanced security options, and powerful, remote administration capabilities. Runs on a dedicated computer running Windows Vista Business, Window 7 Professional or Windows Server 2003 or 2008. Mac OS X or OS X Server version 10.58 or higher can also be used.
