WDI FX - Setup & Subscription Fees

SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PAYMENT DETAILS
There is a one time charge of $99 to set up each subscription account (see below for multi-user accounts). Please note, you pay NO support or upgrade fees with the subscription plan....it's all built into the monthly subscription and modules can be added or removed with a simple phone call.

All subscription fees must be prepaid by credit card and the first three months must be paid in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing 7 days prior to expiration. After the first quarter, we will process your credit card automatically every month and you will receive a receipt from PayPal upon successful payment processing. Failure to maintain a current card on file may result in a suspension of service.

MULTI-USER ENVIRONMENTS
WDI FX Small Office Server Setup Fee - $299 per Mac or PC Workstation*
The WDI FX Small Office Server is a "peer to peer" solution that allows a single workstation to share data with up to 3 clients using any combination of Mac, PC or Apple iOS devices* (maximum of 4 concurrent users). Each setup fee includes a current version of FileMaker Pro** providing the ability for clients to communicate with the host workstation.

WDI FX Network Server One Time Setup Fee - $999
The WDI FX Network Server is a high performance upgrade to the WDI FX Small Office Server. The Network Server includes FileMaker Pro Server which runs as a service on a dedicated server or high performance desktop computer. FileMaker Server maximizes the performance and security of the shared WDI FX database while automating backups and administrative tasks. The number of clients is essentially unlimited since FileMaker Server will allow up to 999 concurrent sessions. Operating systems include Windows 2003 or 2008 Server, Windows Vista Business, Windows 7 Professional or Mac OS X or OS X Server 10.58 or higher.

FileMaker Pro** is required for each workstation that will be accessing the server (in the same manner as the Small Office Server) and provides robust network connectivity for both local and remote users. If users are located outside the local network you must forward port 5003 on your network router to enable remote users to connect. Users can connect to WDI FX from Mac, PC or iOS devices.

Both WDI FX server options work on a "concurrent" licensing model. This means there is no limit on the number of client computers capable (meaning FileMaker Pro is installed) of accessing the server as long as the number of subscibed users is not exceeded at any one time.

QUICKBOOKS PLUGIN - $299
WDI FX works with QuickBooks® through an optional third party plugin. When WDI FX is first installed the demo version will operate for 7 days allowing you to import all your contacts, open invoices and services. Works with QuickBooks Online, Pro, Premier or Enterprise.

FX CONNECT - $199 PER YEAR PER USER
User who do not have continuous Internet coverage in their area may wish to use our FX Connect synchronization service. Office workers use FX Connect to dispatch assignments to field personnel who then perform their service and return "paperwork" to the office when an Internet connection is available (not available on iOS devices).

DATA CONVERSION*
We offer data conversion for most service and pest control software programs. Contact our office for a quotation.

*Paid in advance via credit card. Set up fees, data converson, due at time of order. iOS subscriptions require FileMaker Go, available on the App Store for $39.99. Network field users require an Internet connection to connect to WDI FX Servers.

**New Image Software created WDI FX on the FileMaker Pro platform. Upon request we will provide our server customers with password access to layouts. There is a support charge of $39 per 15 minutes of Live Help support if you require our assistance in making changes or repairs to layouts. Customized layouts must be manually transferred to upgraded versions of WDI FX.
