This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store Florida WDO graphs created with Windows Paint or our Signature Scene drawing program (see Signature Scene info below). In addition, the WDI FX Florida DACS 13645 Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard Florida DACS form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of additional comments.

In order to email all FL DACS WDO Reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and Florida State license number automatically to each Florida WDO Report. To email an Florida Report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your Florida Report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.

Signature Scene Site Drawing Software

Signature Scene™ is a complete drawing tool designed to address the specialized drawing requirements for Florida WDIIR DACS Report forms.
