This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store optional graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WDI FX Georgia WDO Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard Georgia WDO form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of additional comments. WDI FX also includes the Georgia Exception Form II.

In order to email Georgia WDO Reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and Georgia State license number automatically to each Georgia WDO Report. To email an Georgia Report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your Georgia Report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.

SmartDraw Site Drawing Software

SmartDraw™ is a complete drawing tool designed to address the specialized drawing requirements for Georgia WDO Report forms. SmartDraw™ provides intelligent tools that enable the rapid creation of accurate building site drawings complete with easily recognizable icons to document the presence of WDO activity in the Georgia WDO Reports.
