This easy to use form includes integrated photo pages (WDI FX Photo Manager required) and the ability to store optional graphs created with Windows Paint or our SmartDraw drawing program (see SmartDraw info below). In addition, the WDI FX North Carolina WDIR-100 Report includes an Addendum which allows users to document property conditions that will not fit in the standard North Carolina WDIR-100 form. Information can be entered manually or by using the built in Finding and Recommendations Library which ships with over 100 standard comments and can store an unlimited number of additional comments.

In order to email North Carolina WDIR-100 reports, WDI FX enables users to add the inspector’s signature and North Carolina State license number automatically to each WDIR-100 report. To email a North Carolina WDIR-100 report you simply click the “Print” button and then select “pdfFactory” as your printer (in fact, you may want to set pdfFactory as your default printer since you will no longer need to print or fax hard copies to your clients). pdfFactory enables you to view your North Carolina WDIR-100 report as a PDF, print to another printer connected to your computer or email it to your client.
